Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags and ties intact.
Refunds and exchanges will not be honored if any hair extension or lace product has been cut, altered, or shows signs of wear. This includes—but is not limited to—cutting the lace or hair, removing tags, brushing, washing, dyeing or chemically processing, flat-ironing, or applying styling tools. We also cannot accept returns if the product has come into contact with hair products, perfumes, glues, gels, adhesive tapes, sprays, or if the integrity of the weft/lace is compromised (e.g., tears, sewing-needle damage). Due to hygiene and customization, wigs, bulk hair, and custom items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Right of Withdrawal: Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery by submitting a return request through our contact form or email.
To ensure the security of your transactions and protect against fraudulent activity, IPH Hair reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- Billing Address and ZIP/Postal Code Mismatch: If the billing street address and ZIP/postal code provided for an order do not match the registered address for the credit card used.
- Suspicion of Fraudulent Activity: If our system detects characteristics within an order that are similar to previously identified fraudulent orders.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. We understand this may cause inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we prioritize secure transactions for all our customers.
